Develop the Annual Budget, Monthly Financial Forecast and the Long-Term Financial PlanDevelop financial models and analyses to support growth of the business and strategic initiativesAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including areas of revenue, expenses and capital expendituresMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceAnalyze complex financial information and reports to support accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual Reporting and AnalysisIdentify industry trends and insights pertaining to competitor's strategies and/or relative financial performance (e.

peer benchmarking) Perform ad hoc analysis using data retrievals from internal financial systems and external market databases and package insights into clear and concise presentations Work closely with the business leads to help identify areas and processes for driving efficienciesImplement and work with Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reportsBasic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)At least 2 years' experience in financial analysis and financial modelingPreferred
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics CTP or CFA or CFM or CPA 3
years of experience in financial analysis and financial modelingAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
